Welcome to Art By Miss Abs! We're excited to share our process and help you plan your order. As a small, independent creative business, we take pride in ensuring every piece of art is an original piece.

If you need your order by a specific date, perhaps for a gift or a special event, please don't hesitate to reach out to us or leave a note with your order. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline and ensure your artwork arrives when you need it.

PROCESSING TIME.
In our efforts to be sustainable and avoid waste, we print your item/s
as soon as we receive you order.

We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, with an influx of orders, processing can take 5-7 business days. Processing time is not included in shipping estimates.

PACKAGING. 
Our items are packaged with the utmost care to ensure perfect receipt. Please remember to take similar care when unwrapping your purchase. We can’t be held responsible if the item is damaged while unwrapping.

What are your delivery costs?

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS ALL THE TIME.

Shipping times are given as estimates - sometimes there are delays in transit that are unfortunately out of our control.

UK2 to 7 working days

EUROPE - 5 to 10 working days.

UNITED STATES5 to 10 working days.

CANADA, AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND - 5 to 10 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD - 15-20 working days

Unfortunately we don't ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Central African Republic, Cuba, Ecuador, Haiti, Iran, Israel, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen.

DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom will not incur any additional duties, taxes, or fees. 

Orders shipped to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. 

Art By Miss Abs does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are buyer responsibility.

From our experience, most buyers are not charged when they receive the shipment. However, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. We unfortunately have no control over the import/export fees each country establishes on items. If you refuse the duties payment, the product will be shipped back to us.

TRACKING

All tracking numbers will be issued at the point of the goods leaving the studio.

You will find your tracking information in your automated shipping notice which will be sent to email address you inserted at checkout.

Please note that it is your responsibility to check your tracking & follow the journey of your goods.

If you suspect you have missed your delivery, please remember to check at your local post office prior to contacting us. 

Many of our shipments are too large to fit through standard letterboxes & often are held at the recipient's local sorting office should the delivery not reach fulfilment. In the event of this happening, remember to check for a calling card & to retain it for collection. Failure to retrieve your delivery in a timely manner will result in your goods being returned to us, a process that can be lengthy. We can't be held responsible to replace a missed delivery but of course, we are always here to advise & assist in resolving any potential delivery issues.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but did not receive it, please contact customer service at studio@artbymissabs.com within 24-48 hours. We will do our best to remedy the situation.

PROMOTIONS & OFFERS

Join the list! You can sign up for our newsletter to receive email updates about promotional offers and deals. Only one promotional code may be used at a time per order. We are not able to re-issue a promotional code for a discounted order that has been returned. All promotional codes are only valid during event itself, unless otherwise specified.
